Tenant Fitout Office Spaces Gotthardstrasse, Zug
In 2015, MEBAG – as part of a simultaneous project – further developed existing office spaces in the city centre of Zug (ZG) in such a way as to meet the exact, individual wishes and needs of the client.
Within this project, MEBAG was primarily responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the tenant fitout. This included tasks such as researching and procuring office furnishings according to the client’s conditions, installing the workstations, and making adjustments to the IT infrastructure.
MEBAG has been in charge of managing the operation and administration of these office spaces since the project completion. This includes – among other things – security inspection patrols, regular checks of a wide range of critical and non-critical systems and equipment, as well as functioning as a communication channel and offering response services.
This allows our client to concentrate on their core business while we take care of all building-related work to ensure things run smoothly.
