General Apartment Renovation, Private Residence, Zug

Although MEBAG's main business is the completion of orders for businesses, the company also carries out projects on behalf of private individuals. The renovation of a private flat in Zug also falls into this category. The refurbishments were planned, coordinated and – whenever possible – carried out by MEBAG. If necessary, MEBAG also took care of third-party supervision.

The renovation of the flat included various rooms and tasks. Any pre-existing built-in furniture was removed, and the parquet floor was expanded to cover the additional floor areas created due to removal of any built-in furniture. Additionally, the walls were given a fresh coat of paint where necessary. The renovation work also included repairs of kitchen furniture, such as replacing hinges of the refrigerator. What’s more, certain aspects of the flat were equipped with modern technology, which met contemporary standards.

The renovation work was not only limited to the interior of the apartment: the balcony required renovating and was stylishly glazed in cooperation with the company Hobler Metallbau. This allows for the balcony to be used as additional living space, even during the cold winter months.
